Notice of Business Reopening

Dear Customer

Thank you very much for your continued patronage of Tonkatsu Tamafuji.

We are pleased to announce that, following our relocation to the 1st floor of the same building, we have officially reopened for business on April 16, 2026.

During April, we will be accepting walk-in customers only.
Online reservations are scheduled to open starting May 1.

Since our opening in 2017, we have been able to continue our operations thanks to the support of many customers.
We would like to take this opportunity to express our sincere gratitude.

At our new location, we have focused on creating a dynamic dining experience by introducing a fully open kitchen.
Guests seated at the counter can enjoy watching the entire cooking process unfold before them.
In addition, as in Japan, our rice is cooked in a traditional kamado, enhancing the authentic flavor of our tonkatsu.

While preserving our long-standing traditions, we invite you to experience an even more refined and elevated Tamafuji.
